Product Reviews

Name: Review:
The roller feels flimsy right out of the box and I was expecting some weight, but that's not even close. £10 more expensive than a standard paint runner system? No thanks. I've had mine for years, so this must be a new one. The extension pole snaps immediately when screwed in - it's not designed to grip like the one I have. This product is just a cheap knockoff of a real system. It's supposed to be that easy to use, but it's a nightmare to get going and has been on my ceiling for weeks now.

I had high hopes for this kit, but unfortunately, my experience was marred from start to finish. Painting one wall with it proved to be an exercise in frustration - I managed to get just enough coverage on the surface without too much mess or wasted paint.

The roller part of the kit broke during use, causing a significant amount of damage and rendering the entire kit useless. Not only did this break happen when I was using a roller, but it also damaged the container that held the remaining paint, spilling it all over the floor.

I tried to salvage what was left by repainting the corners with a brush, hoping to minimize the damage done to the rest of the kit. However, my attempt at painting the edges resulted in them looking sloppy and uneven, not matching the color I had originally planned for.

The finish on this set is subpar compared to traditional paint rollers and brushes. A similar product but much higher quality could work if you're a serious painter.

It was love at first sight when I unwrapped this roller, its design looked sleek and modern. The corner pad didn't quite live up to my expectations, giving me a slightly uneven finish. Despite that minor quibble, the smaller roller proved to be a beast when I tried to attach it to the handle - a delicate process indeed. However, it wasn't long before the handle started to bend under its own weight, leaving it looking somewhat unstable in its new form. The extension pole was a breeze to put together, but unfortunately, it began to warp and twist with each passing day.

Cleaning this roller has been a chore from the get-go - it's just so dirty and grimy after every use. In terms of performance, I'm extremely impressed with how well the paint adhered and dried. There were no drips or splash backs to speak of, which was a relief given its price point. Despite all that, I do wish there had been some more thought put into the roller's design - it felt rather awkward in my hand. Overall, I'd say this roller is a solid, if unremarkable, addition to any DIY arsenal.
