Polyvine Heavy Duty Wood Floor Varnish is a traditional, brush on, protective varnish, for a high performance non reflective finish. When applied over an emulsion / latex paint, it is possible that Decorators Varnish could draw certain stains through the paint which were not otherwise visible.
