General Preparation: All surfaces must be sound, clean, dry and free from anything that will interfere with the adhesion of the paint. Wear a suitable face mask if dry sanding. Loose or Flaking Material: Remove all loose and flaking material by scraping or brushing with a stiff bristle brush (not wire).
