Polyvine Heavy Duty Varnish Dead Satin is an ultra-hard, high-quality, and fast-drying varnish with a satin or dead flat finish that dries to a crystal-clear film. When applied over an emulsion / latex paint, it is possible that the varnish could draw certain stains through the paint which were not otherwise visible.
